Shine! Cabaret: An Eclectic Holiday Circus Cabaret

Spend your evening at a holiday cabaret featuring circus acts, tapas, and decadent desserts. Shine! is an eclectic holiday circus cabaret that runs one night only on Sunday, December 16th at 6pm . The performance will be at Radical Movement Factory, located in the Wrigley Building.

Admission includes gourmet tapas, complimentary drinks, and a dessert tasting accompanied by an evening of circus entertainment, including aerial acrobatic feats on ropes, silks and hoops.

Advance purchase of tickets is highly recommended, as tickets at the door are subject to availability. Tickets cost $45/person or 2 for $80.

"This is sure to be festive experience that will add some wonder to the holidays this year," said Allie Cooper, a performer and co-owner of Radical Movement Factory. “This show delivers the thrill of circus to new audiences and promises to be a memorable occasion."

Shine! is a unique alternative to traditional office holiday parties, family entertainment outings and a couple's night out.

Eka Boo Button of Vau de Vire Society will be joining the cast and is sure to be a highlight of the evening. Gina Garcia and her WorldDanz crew of performers are also excited to add some high energy dance into the mix. David Poznanter, of Boom Circus, will be the ringmaster of the evening with zany commentary and audience interaction. Poznanter is an international circus arts coach, performer of juggling/cyr wheel, and director who recently relocated to the Bay Area from Paris. He most recently completed three years of international touring with his two-man mask/circus show “BOOM!” (www.boomcircus.com).

Cooper added, "Normally you would have to make it to San Francisco to experience this caliber of performances. Our aim is to translate a big-city concept into an entertaining holiday celebration for the local community."
