Spring Hill School's Annual Invention Convention & Open House

Spring Hill School presents an Open House with its annual Invention Convention on Tuesday, November 13, 2018 on its campus at 250 California Street in Santa Cruz. Open to the community, Spring Hill welcomes families to tour the school and view this year’s eagerly awaited inventions! Past inventions have included coyote repellent vests for cats, catmobiles, ocean-worthy car movers, and hurricane/fire-proof elevator houses.

Would you like to invent something with your child? For more family fun, a maker area includes many materials participants can use to make their own invention prototype at the convention.

Spring Hill School is a Pre-K through 6th grade Design Thinking School and offers Individualized Whole-Child Instruction in our caring community. Tours of K–6th grades at Spring Hill School, known for Individualized Education, Caring Community, and Design Thinking, will be offered during the Invention Convention.
