About this Event
Pizza for breakfast, delicious cocktails, and an educative walk through the forest – Sunday Brunch Among the Redwoods is back for March!
Join us for an Italian-inspired feast mindfully made by the 1440 Multiversity culinary team and served in Kitchen Table, the community dining room on our nonprofit campus. Prepared with sustainable, local organic produce and nutritious ingredients, offerings will include:
Breakfast Pizza with prosciutto?and organic Glaum Farm egg
Caesar Salad
Classic Arancini with a modern twist
Herb Panisse
Grilled cauliflower with asparagus, wild mushroom, and kale
Savory House Pasta
Sip a White Negroni or a Sgroppino Italian cocktail (one complimentary cocktail is included with your meal), and cap off brunch with a sweet Italian dessert – a chocolate hazelnut truffle with amaretto cookie crumble and magic shell – prepared vegan and gluten-free.
To complement your meal, your ticket includes a guided nature walk on our 75-acre redwood-drenched campus where you'll learn about the flora and fauna from a local expert. Prefer a different learning activity? Continue your educational immersion with a complimentary creative signature class hosted by one of our 1440 Multiversity instructors.
While a registered guest on the 1440 campus, take a stroll through the Common Goods retail shop, discover art and nature along walking trails in the redwoods, or relax with a spa treatment at the Healing Arts center (advanced reservations required).
Reserve your spot now for our most festive and learning-inclusive 1440 brunch yet!
Ticket price includes brunch, one speciality alcoholic beverage, and a learning activity, and is exclusive of taxes. Additional speciality alcoholic beverages are available for purchase. Advanced registration is required. Please note that due to the offerings in this event, Sunday Brunch in the Redwoods is reserved for guests ages 18 and up.
