Pajaro Valley Arts will be hosting the
Monterey Bay Metal Arts Guild exhibit

SURF / SAND / SILVERSMITHS.
Artisan jewelry and small metal sculpture will be on display and available for purchase. Unique works in precious metal
to found objects express the individuality of the guild's members.

During the opening reception artist Angela Gleason will be making pendants for visitors. People can ask for names of victims of violence to be stamped into copper pendants. The purpose of the project is to honor the people who have died. There is a long history of jewelry, known as Momento Mori, with this intention. Donations will go to Every Town for Gun Safety.
