Sushi Making Workshop: California Rolls and Inari

In this hands-on class, Certified Sushi Chef Carlos Mayorga will teach you how to make the classic California roll from scratch, as well as Inar using white rice as a base, and other fresh ingredients to compliment the seafood. You will feast on your finished creations at the end of class, and take a roll home for later. Saké included.
