About The 21st Century Clean Energy Grid
Massive and fast-moving developments are underway in the power and transportation sectors of California and across the country. Climate change has arrived quicker than scientists, risk managers, and city planners predicted. In times of rapid change, the opportunity for a 21st decarbonized and decentralized power grid is upon us. It is also critical that low-income and vulnerable communities participate and realize the benefits that a cleaner future promises. Speaker: Steve Campbell, Policy and Business Development Project Manager for GRID. Free, open to the public. No registration required. Location: Middlebury Institute of International Studies, McGowan Building, Room 100, 411 Pacific Street, Monterey, CA 93940. Website for more info: go.miis.edu/sustainability.
