About UC Santa Cruz Workshop Offers Dried Flower Wreath Making Workshop

Learn how to create beautiful, long-lasting dried flower holiday wreaths with Camp Joy Gardens founder Beth Benjamin at this hands-on "make and take" workshop on Saturday, November 23, from 9:30am to 12:30pm at the Hay Barn on the UC Santa Cruz campus.

Beth will demonstrate the mechanics of assembling these long-lasting dried wreaths and will show several examples to guide and inspire. Students will be able to choose from a wide selection of dried materials that were grown and dried at the UCSC Farm & Garden and elsewhere.

Light refreshments will be served and the atmosphere promises to be jovial, creative and social. Students should plan to bring flower snips, pruning shears or scissors (we will have a few extra).
