The UCSC Women's Club speaker program will feature Professor Stacy Philpott, Executive Director of the Center for Agroecology and Sustainable Food Systems. Dr. Philpott will present results of her research examining low garden management, neighborhood surroundings, and socio-cultural diversity of gardens which can enhance biological pest control, promote crop pollination, and enhance well-being for gardeners. This Women's Club general meeting is open to members and guests.
