Greetings Foodies & Wine Lovers!

Join me for a delightful afternoon enjoying the beautiful art of Vegan Spanish Cooking & Wine Pairing at the gorgeous FlipJack Ranch, in Bonny Doon nestled in the magical Santa Cruz Mountains. We'll be going on a delicious journey to Valencia, Spain through our culinary adventures together!

In this delicious and fun hands-on cooking & baking class you'll make a 4-course meal:

A Delectable Appetizer - Smoked Paprika Garbanzo Beans, Preserved Meyer Lemon & Green Olives Tapa

A Delightful Salad – Fennel, Orange & Radish with Citrus Dressing & Fresh Herbs.

A Magnificent Entree - Paella with roasted organic seasonal vegetables, caramelized shallots & garlic, roasted artichoke hearts, caper berries, Spanish green olives and Lemon-Saffron Santo Tomas Bomba Rice.

A Decadent Dessert - Pear Almond Cardamom Tarta w/ crushed pistachios and orange rinds (diary-egg-free, but not gluten-free), which you'll enjoy with Café Bustelo Dark Roast Coffee.

You'll enjoy your exquisite culinary creations with a delicious red wine, the Mas Donis Old Vines 2014, Montsant, Spain, which beautifully complements Spanish Cuisine!

What To Expect:

Great cooking isn't just about recipes, it's also about passion. In my classes you'll work together with other students in a fun, hands-on environment.

Your wonderful experience will include:

• Learning fundamental skills for a lifetime of great cooking

• Working side-by-side with other students to prepare each dish

• Interacting with classmates and the instructor for a rich learning experience

Class runs for 4 hours and limited to 10 students to ensure the most spectacular experience for all. Since, space is limited, early registration is highly encouraged.

Class fee is $225.00 (nonrefundable) and includes a bottle of Mas Donis Old Vines 2014.

Plus, all registered students of this class will receive a one-time 10% discount offer on all items available in the Toque Blanche store in downtown Santa Cruz and on their website. Discount code will be provided in the class.

I'll provide an apron and a name badge for each student, a delightful Meyer lemon lavender drink and delicious vegan tapas before the start of class. It’s an experience you’ll savor from beginning to end.
