About this Event
The Warriors Women’s Wellness Retreat combines compelling speakers, an engaging signature class, and an opportunity to build collaborative community with like-minded attendees in the redwoods as you begin or continue your journey of self-discovery.
Don’t miss your chance to hear from leaders in the wellness, personal growth, and development industries while experiencing the reenergizing effects of the 1440 Multiversity learning curriculum. You will leave feeling renewed, inspired, and ready to put your newfound knowledge into action.
Agenda:
• 1:30-2:00 pm: Arrivals and Registration at 1440 Multiversity
• 2:00-3:00 pm: Panel Discussion featuring:
--Susan True, CEO of the Community Foundation of Santa Cruz County
--Yoyo Chan, Vice President, Government and Public Affairs, Golden State Warriors
--Dr. Joyce Orndorff, Kaiser Permanente
• 3:00-3:15 pm: Break
• 3:15-4:15 pm: 1440 Signature Class Experience (choose a movement class, a mindfulness class, or a creativity class to inspire new interests)
• 4:30-5:30 pm: Networking Reception
• 5:30 pm: Event conclusion
• 5:30 pm: Dinner in Kitchen Table (for guests with upgraded tickets)

Extend your stay by upgrading your ticket ($95) into a dinner experience and enjoy a nutritious and mindfully prepared supper at Kitchen Table, the community dining room on the 1440 Multiversity campus. Dinner is served from 5:30-7:30 p.m.
While a registered guest on the 1440 campus, take a stroll through the Common Goods retail shop, discover art and nature along walking trails in the redwoods, or relax with a spa treatment at the Healing Arts center (advanced reservations required).
Ticket price includes event experience; dinner at Kitchen Table is available for an upgraded price. Tickets are exclusive of tax. Advanced registration is required.
Tucked in the redwoods of Scotts Valley, California, 1440 Multiversity is an operating 501(c)(3) philanthropic private campus that allows visitors to experience their 1440 minutes of time each day just a little differently. Your event ticket purchase contributes to work of self and society, helps award program scholarships and grants, and fosters the 1440 vision of building collaborative communities leading generative lives.
