Open Farm Tours - Fundraiser Dinner & Dance

Open Farm Tours is kicking off their 4th year of supporting local family farms with an engaging evening of Food & Drink, Presentations and Dancing! Enjoy a fantastic feast of Cuban inspired food using local organic ingredients. Both meat and vegetarian options are available with plenty of farm fresh ingredients in every dish!

The focus of this year's fundraiser dinner is on collaboration with community to build a regional food system that works! Dave Blume who owns Whiskey Hill Farm & Blume Distillation will speak on integrating systems with sustainable agriculture, and Carolyn Rudolph who owns the Santa Cruz restaurant Charlie Hong Kong will speak on the challenges of sourcing locally and organic.

Then bring on the dancing with Latin DJ music and salsa lessons. All proceeds from the evening go towards keeping Open Farm Tours free to the public. Come on out to support & be a part of our local food & farm community!
