About Santa Cruz Derby Girls Double-Header Bout

It's the final game of the 2016 Santa Cruz Derby Girls' season: the Home Team Championships! Even better - it's a double-header! Watch our junior skaters, the Santa Cruz Derby Groms, at 4:30pm in a Superheroes versus Supervillains themed bout.

Then stay to see the Redwood Rebels, undefeated this season, take on last year's home team champions, the Steamer Janes, at 6:30pm. In keeping with the Halloween spirit, the adult bout will also be themed! Come dressed in your Halloween costume to show your support for the evil-lumberjack Rebels, skating as Supervillains, or for the surfer-Superheroes, the Janes. Will Good or Evil prevail in this final battle to decide the 2016 Home Team Champions? Come see for yourself in what is sure to be a hard-fought game!
