About doTERRA Essential Oils Workshop
Come join us in the free workshop that explores the foundations of eating right and how essential oils can be used to enhance that goal and bring joy to the process. There will be free samples, and healthy snacks will be provided because many of us are “on the go.”
Our facilitator is Marie-Josee LeBlanc, a wellness coach and and an affiliate with doTERRA for many years. “MJ”–as she goes by–will be coming down from Marin to share her wealth of knowledge. MJ is an experienced doTERRA representative, and is a light-filled being that is a dynamic joy to be around. You will be glad to have been in her circle.
The first workshop our our series is called “Eat Right.” The foundation of lifelong health and vitality is how you fuel your body. A balanced and minimally processed whole food diet, complemented by the right nutritional supplements provides your body what it needs to function at its peak and directly impacts the other components of the healthy lifestyle behaviors. Proper nutrition provides the energy for daily exercise and recovery, can help with sustaining proper rest habits and regulating stress levels, may assist in reducing how many toxins we consume, and supports the proper function of the many separate body systems for long-term health and wellness.
