About Embrace Emotional Eating: Mindfulness Eating Tools

Mindful Eating supports the practice of mindfulness while developing a healthier relationship to ourselves, resulting in a desire to eat well. The objective of this workshop is to show you mindful, sustainable, caring and loving ways to improve your relationship with your food and your body.

Experience a variety of guided meditations to connect mindfully with your body and your food

Deepen into self-awareness, learning about our own triggers and feelings associated with food and hunger

Build tools for cultivating self-compassion

ABOUT THE FACILITATOR

This program is created by Laura Casasayas, Dietitian and Acupuncturist with more than 15 years of experience. She created this program with the intention to help women increase their self compassion and feel more in control over their eating habits and lifestyle choices.
