In 2011, 2nd Lt. Scott Bennett, Special Operations Officer and Psychological Warfare analyst, was a leading writer and thinker at the State Department Counterterrorism Office and the U.S. Special Operations Command.

Imprisoned after exposing massive corruption within the White House and military contractors, Bennett kept filing reports that were smuggled out of prison to the military and Congress, with intelligence materials provided by Wikileaks, Edward Snowden, and whistleblower Brad Birkenfeld.

Bennett's reports exposed terrorist financing and money laundering involving US Central Command, the Department of Justice, the Clinton Foundation, and defense contractor Booz Allen Hamilton, among others.
