Jungle Fire

Moe's Alley presents the return of JUNGLE FIRE, a red hot 9 piece Funk, Soul & Latin band out of L.A. that is quickly gaining national attention. This will be a CD release performance, featuring two sets of live music.

Conceived as a one-off jam in 2011, Los Angeles' JUNGLE FIRE has quickly become an explosive band lighting up sold out dance floors and music festivals in several continents. Since the release of their two 7" vinyl singles and their full-length debut LP "Tropicoso" via Nacional Records, JUNGLE FIRE's unique blend of deep funk mixed with Afro Latin rhythms has been a favorite of well known DJs worldwide, including the likes of KCRW, the UK's Gilles Peterson (BBC Radio), Cut Chemist and NPR, to name a few. Consisting of musicians who have played, recorded and/or toured with the likes of Stevie Wonder, Celia Cruz, U2, De La Soul, LCD Soundsystem, Orgone and the Greyboy Allstars among many others. JUNGLE FIRE has played live in the UK, Brazil, Colombia, and recently was invited to perform ain NYC for The Lincoln Center. JUNGLE FIRE is a band that will light any dance floor to flames!
