Reception and Artists’ Talk for "Time Untethered: Creative Life after Cabrillo

Cabrillo Gallery is excited to present "Time Untethered: Creative life after Cabrillo." This exhibition features the work of seven artists who have retired from the Art Studio and Art Photography programs at Cabrillo College. An eclectic range of disciplines, materials and approaches are represented in this exhibition: oil painting, drawing, pastels, textiles, art garments, a variety of mixed media, and digital, antique process and experimental analog photography.

"Time Untethered" opens for viewing on Monday, August 26 and continues through Friday, September 20, 2019. The gallery will be closed for Labor Day September 2. The public is invited to a free artists’ reception at the Cabrillo Gallery on Saturday, September 7, 4:00-6:00 pm. There will be an artists’ talk during the reception at 5:00 pm.
