Restoration Work Day: San Lorenzo River Estuary

Join the Watershed Stewards Program and The Valley Women's Club of San Lorenzo Valley in a restoration work day on the San Lorenzo River! We will be removing invasive species & planting native plants to help improve habitat along the estuary.

We will meet at Mike Fox Skate Park on San Lorenzo Blvd in Santa Cruz, CA. Parking will be available in the skate park parking lot, and along nearby side streets. Carpooling is encouraged!

All are welcome! There will be activities suitable for all ages. If you are under 18, please RSVP (or email Melia at [email protected]) to receive a required youth liability waiver prior to the event.

Please bring a reusable water bottle, hat, closed-toe shoes, comfortable clothing & rain gear (if necessary). This event will happen rain or shine, so be prepared to get dirty!

Water, snacks, coffee & tools will all be provided!
