Strong Vinyasa Flow w/ Taylor Manning .. Complimentary Child Care

This class is held every Monday from 12-1 at Breath + Oneness in Capitola. Complimentary child care is also provided for those attending class.

Taylor’s classes are dynamic, focused, and full of alignment + strength building. They are strong, focused, fun, rewarding, + will be sure to challenge each and every student that walks in the door. She weaves Katonah Yoga® theory + dialogue with vinyasa flow, creating a space for students to orient themselves and their bodies in order to better position themselves in their mind and external lives.
