About Wise Womb Medicine

We invite women to Join us at Breath+Oneness on Sunday, February 25th for a special afternoon of honoring the untapped reserve of feminine energy in our bodies and cycles. Connect to your heart and womb space, remembering self-care as ritual and deep listening as your birthright. Deeply connect to your womb, body, cycles, intuition, feminine wisdom, and embrace all parts of your self while coming together in community with other women.

Wise Womb Medicine Path is a Living School for Temple & Healing Arts. It is a weaving of the ancient womb wisdom with your own potent medicine, while walking your path, held, guided and inspired by the living sacred feminine lineage of the temple and healing arts.

We are honored to host Heather Angstadt, a level 2 practitioner of the Wise Womb Medicine Path TM and creatress of The Ruby Spiral. Wise Womb Medicine is a holistic modality that addresses the physical position of the organs as well as the emotional, physical, and spiritual aspects of women's health. Wise Womb Medicine Supports women's empowerment through Earth centered and Taoist healing practices, nutrition, herbal medicine, spiritual healing, and wise womb massage.

Heather approaches her practice with a background in energetic healing techniques such as Reiki and Pranic Healing. She finds inspiration in her ongoing personal journey through the spirals of her womb space, which began during a Shamanic Breath work course with Linda Star Wolf in early 2013. Her experience during the Shamanic Breathwork journey ignited the remembrance of the potent energy within her womb and thus a passionate love for feminine medicine and womb wisdom was birthed. Since that time, her path has led her to study sacred sexuality with Charles Muir, Tibetan pulsing and womb wisdom with Cindy Anaelle Garcia, women's wisdom and ritual with the Thirteen Indigenous Grandmothers, Reiki with Melissa Chee, Mari Nagatani, and Diana and Michael Melchizedek, and kundalini yoga with a variety of teachers from all over the country. She has also co-created, offered hands on water and plant blessings and sacred oil anointing at rituals and ceremonies to honor the divine feminine, particularly Sophia, Mother Mary, and Mary Magdalene, led by Christy Michaels.
