County health officials have reneged on their policy of providing the swine flue vaccine only to the groups most at-risk. Starting yesterday afternoon, the Ramsay Park clinic in Watsonville has made the vaccine available to anyone who wants it. The new effort was made possible because of a recent shipment of vaccines that made its way to the county. Health services claim to have distributed as many as 9,000 free doses so far.
