Transgender in Santa Cruz

The Santa Cruz transgender community is one of tolerance and acceptance of all. It strives to help those who are making the transition from one gender to the other to do so with as little emotional and psychological trauma as possible, as well as offering them legal resources in the likely event that they are faced with discrimination in the workplace. They also host many community outreach programs to educate non-transgendered individuals about the issues that face the transgender community.
