Guest Essential oil: Bergamot. I will show you how refreshing Bergamot is when mixed with cucumbers & lemon in water. A great refreshing beverage you will sip on while learning about the wonderful health benefits essential oils can bring into your life
Ticket is $25 or both sessions for $45

Captivated by the sights, sounds and smells of the kitchen, Suzy began her life long love affair with food at an early age. She started on a journey to change her diet to help clear up what was making her sick. Through her own personal journey to wellness she left the corporate life in pursuit of her passion and desire to help others. Suzy launched her personal chef business in January 2007, and has been guiding clients and providing them with personalized nutritious meals ever since.
Suzy Brown graduated with honors from Bauman College of Holistic Nutrition & Culinary Arts with a certification as a Holistic Nutrition Consultant. She recently became certified in Plant Based Nutrition from T. Colin Campbell Center for Nutrition Studies, and became a Certified Essential Oils Coach through the Essential Oils Institute. Suzy is currently studying Tongue Diagnosis to help her clients achieve a better understanding of their overall health and ailments through this noninvasive diagnostic method.
Suzy is passionate about integrating the invaluable knowledge and techniques she has learned from her education to help people live a healthier life with ease. That is why she has created a healthy living plan for whole body care and optimal health. She believes that even though we all come from the same batch of cookie dough, we are all shaped differently. Every individual Suzy works with, whether as their nutrition practitioner or as there personal chef, is unique in their overall needs and dietary requirements.
Suzy teaches an inclusive, not exclusive, plant-based flexitarian lifestyle because not everyone wants to be an everyday vegan. Suzy’s services range from one-on-one coaching calls, group workshops, cooking and nutrition classes, as well as in-home personal chef services.
