All Grain Brewing Class

Whether you are an experienced all-grain brewer looking to refine your technique, or ready to embark into all-grain brewing after several malt extract batches, this class will have something for you.

Seven Bridges Brewer Cory will brew a 5 gallon all-grain batch of organic homebrew using one of our All-Grain Beer Kits and our homemade system. He’ll discuss equipment, cleaning and sanitation, mash efficiency, sparging, fermentation factors and cultivating a starter, storage, kegging and bottling. Originally self-taught, Cory has refined his technique through many, many batches and co-brewing with more experienced brewers, and welcomes all-levels of brewers to attend and grow as a brewer!

Your $50 ticket includes participating in a 5 gallon all-grain brew with an experienced brewer, beer tasting, and lunch. Class size is limited to 15 people.
