"Derek Bodkin's Hovering Breadcat" is a spirited group of musicians performing funky folk grooves, bluegrass, swing, and gospel with ironic and appropriate thought provoking originals for our times. “The HBC” is World Champion Master Whistler Derek Bodkin and his most excellent musicians and bandmates Brian Vandemark, Harry Thomas, Tommy Knowles and David Welsh as they share their special kind of Musical Americana to the stage.
