Full Moon Hike

This full-moon hike will be along
easy- to-moderate terrain on the
Italian and Chaparral Trails at
Quail Hollow Ranch, with the
possibility of an extension based
on interest and ability. Species
we may spot along the way
include several nocturnal mammals,
such as bobcat, fox, raccoon, skunk, rodents, and more.
We’ll also encounter invertebrates such as moths, beetles, spiders,
millipedes, and scorpions. Bring flashlights and/or a headlamp,
some drinking water. Dress for the weather, and wear good walking
shoes. For ages 12 and up. Meet up first at the ranch house.
