Santa Cruz County Open House Weekend

To kick off the summer buying season and bring buyers and sellers together, the Santa Cruz County Association of REALTORS® is hosting the 6th annual Santa Cruz County Open House Weekend on July 23 & 24.

During this weekend REALTORS® across the county will hold open houses, aiming to focus attention on the benefits of homeownership for individuals, families, communities and our local economy. This event is also an opportunity for REALTORS® to connect with consumers in the local community about the housing issues that matter most to them.

Consumers can find a list of homes open that weekend the week prior to the event and more information about this event by visiting www.mysccar.org/sccopenhouse. Participants can be identified by the blue REALTOR® balloons and bright red signs at each property.
