Santa Cruz Grocery Outlet Grand Opening

Free and open to the public, the event will feature family-friendly fun and prizes. Complimentary coffee, treats and eco-frugal grocery bags will be made available while supplies last, and customers will also have an opportunity to enter to win grand prizes such as a Char-Broil 65,000 BTU LP Gas Grill, a $450 gift card to Bicycle Trip of Santa Cruz and free groceries for a year ($600 value). From April 25-May 29 customers can enter for a chance to win one of these grand prizes. Note: The grand prize drawing will take place Saturday, May 30 at the Santa Cruz Grocery Outlet.

• First 100 customers receive $5 Grocery Outlet gift certificates
• Free face painting from 11 a.m. until 3 p.m. PST
• Free Magical Cart from 11 a.m. until 3 p.m. PST
• Spin and Win on the Wheel of Bargains from 10 a.m. until 3 p.m.
• The Santa Cruz Grocery Outlet will also be selling hot dogs and a soda for $1 throughout the grand opening event, the proceeds from which will benefit the Grey Bears organization
