Spring into Life Workshop

The calendar says the first day of Spring is March 20th. If you are paying attention, you are already seeing signs of spring! Flowers, birds, SUN!!

The question is....Are you ready to SPRING INTO LIFE? Marianne Benforado, Licensed Acupuncturist, and Joyce Leonard, Reiki Master Teacher & Practitioner, are holding a special workshop to help you shake off winter and get fully into spring. Here are all the details:

Who: You are invited and so are your friends. All are welcome!

What: this experiential workshop includes a guided meditation, mini-acupuncture treatments, Reiki healings, and practical suggestions for living fully this spring.

Sliding Scale $20 $35

Where: Pacific Cultural Center "Studio" at 1307 Seabright Ave, Santa Cruz

When: Sunday March 19th 2pm to 4pm
