Mole nachos (our house tortilla chips, meat and/or veggies drizzled with My Mom's Mole and mole queso and garnished with fresh tomatoes and pickled jalapeños)

Enmoladas served with choice of mole sauces (My Mom's Mole, mole verde, and mole queso)

Tacos

Options for nachos, enmoladas, and tacos: shredded chicken, grilled tri-tip, slow roasted pork, or sautéed vegetables

Cactus & kale salad (our signature salad made with nopales, kale, red onion, tomatoes, jalapeño, and cilantro in a citrus dressing)
