About 8 Tens @ Eight Theatre Festival
The annual 10-minute play festival is one of the most anticipated and popular events of the theatre season in Santa Cruz! Eight awarded short plays, from our annual national playwriting contest, are performed and directed by some of the best the Santa Cruz theatre community has to offer.
The 20th Anniversary of the Festival in 2015 celebrated with 16 winning plays, 8 each night, running in rep. It was so successful that the 2016 festival will feature 16 short plays as well!

"A" and 'B" nights rotate over the 5-week Festival.
