About Arm Balance Workshop

No previous experience needed as this 2-hour handbalance workshop features a wide array of drills and exercises to help both beginners and improvers understand the proper structure and alignment. We will focus on the development of tools and long-term strategies to train efficiently and safely to each student’s level, with particular attention to joint prep. Students will learn to correct themselves from hands on adjustments as well as spot each other.
