Levi William EagleFeather Sr. is a Sicangu Lakota from Rosebud South Dakota. He is born of a long standing resistance to the destruction and domination of his people and their land. His presentation focuses on cultural reparation and restorative justice, for all people, from a Native American perspective. His perspective of respect and reciprocity will decolonize and refresh the mind.
