Saturday April 11th Morning session 9am-noon, Afternoon 1-4pm
• Research / Neuroscience on Compassion Training
• Developing Stability Meditation: Mindfulness of the Breath
• Developing Insight into the Nature of One’s Mental experiences

Saturday April 18th Morning 9am-noon, Afternoon 1-4pm
• Full Day is on Self Compassion. Contemplative exercises
(based on earlier stability and insight practices)

Saturday April 25th Morning 9am-noon, Afternoon 1-4pm
• Widening circle of compassion
• Practice letting go of biases: Learning impartiality
• Opening the heart /contemplative practices of appreciation and affection for others, leading to practices in Empathy and Compassion

Lisa DuPont. M.S (Gyalten Chime) is a school psychologist and American nun in Tibetan Buddhism. She has studied and practiced Buddhism & psychology for over 20 years. Certified CBCT Instructor, Emory University.
