Buddhists teachings off the cushion and into action without creating enemies

Readings, discussion; meditations based on Lojong, the “Attitude” or Mind Training of Tibetan Buddhism to support us to come from a strength of equanimity, patience, love, resilient care.

We aim to disarm our own anger and stand up to injustices based in compassion & wisdom, even to the harmers or those with whom we disagree.
