Notorious for their exhibitionist tendencies in bars and restaurants around the world, Nina's Tiny Sex Scenes never fail to prove just how little size really matters. From fruits, to cars, to glasses of beer, to bare bottoms– these minuscule figurines leave their mark where you least expect it, suggesting a comically provocative alternative to traditional still-life photography. Nina's mascots take residence within a glass jar inside her purse and, undaunted by the occasional loss of limb or footing, never fail to quickly become the life of the party.

Poetry Parlor with Kevin Devaney

Kevin is a poet who is interested in writing the raw, writing poetry of the moment. He wants to find the door to your heart, forge the key, and transport it underneath your pillow with words. The rest of it is, of course, up to you. Kevin writes poems on the spot by request. Every week or so he puts out a new book of poetry. He will be on hand to custom create a poem for you. Kevin will be doing a reading of some of his compositions in our beautiful mezzanine at 7:30pm.

Kevin Devaney is a graduate of the Sarah Lawrence College MFA program and a spoken word advocate. He is the founder of the Santa Cruz’s Only Weekly Poetry Open Mic, the Sarah Lawrence College Spoken Word Collective, The Northampton Poetry Brothel, Northampton Poetry, and the former Art Bar & Cafe Philanthropub.
