Friends of Juristac Meeting

Juristac is a sacred site in the southern Santa Cruz mountains, where the local Amah Mutsun Tribal Band held ceremonial dances for thousands of years. Known as the Sargent Ranch, it is a pristine oak grassland with a endangered species and wild habitat. The current investment company that owns it has proposed a pit mine for sand and gravel mining.
