Gordo Gustavo’s & Full Steam Dumpling Collab

Gordo Gustavo’s is back! After a three month break they are back at it with local dumpling bandits; Full Steam Dumpling. Find these two at the Santa Cruz Food Lounge on Monday, September 30th. The two are collaborating to bring you a special menu filled with delicate, juicy smoked meats nestled in & between classic dim sum doughs. Expect a Smoked Brisket Bao, Oak-Smoked Pork Gyozas, Pickled & Smoked Shiitake Crystal Dumplings, some super spicy pan-Fried noodles with fire-grilled chicken & a whole lot more! There will be a bunch of local brews on tap so come thirsty & hungry! The event starts at 5PM and is expected to sell out so come early if you can!
