Why does doing yoga feel so good? How can you maximize that feeling? What is going on physiologically when you practice? Understanding the answers to these questions will strengthen your yoga practice and improve breathing, circulation, and the health of your nervous system.

We'll look specifically at how yoga affects hormones, moves lymph, and the value of savasana. This 3 hour workshop is especially great for students who have wanted to take a longer course in yoga physiology, but have not found the time and as a refresher for students who already have some knowledge of physiology.
