How to Teach Yoga

Learn to teach yoga! This course covers lesson planning, class organization, posture sequencing, integrating practices, and how to speak effectively as a yoga teacher. The ethics of yoga teaching professionalism will also be explored. Completion of pre-requisites and instructor permission are required for enrollment. This course may be used as credit toward the completion of a 200 hour teaching certification or as continuing education for yoga instructors.
