Advanced Yoga Teacher Training

If you ever get stuck coming up with what to talk about in opening meditations or throughout a class, this course will attempt to ease your stress. We’ll discuss where and how to inspire yourself so that you can better inspire students. We’ll also discuss best practices in terms of integrating themes throughout a class.

This training is required for completion of a 500 Hour Advanced Yoga Teacher Training certification and is open to any yoga teacher already trained at the 200 Hour level as continuing education credit.
