Grab your girlfriends to spend your Saturday evening with Lady Valentines: Emily Alford, Leanna Immel + Maria Jackson!

We’ll start the evening with an invigorating, all-levels flow practice and bring in opportunities to practice self-care as well as working with + building up other women through playful pose exploration.

After class, we'll indulge in sweets + treats, handmade with love by Maria, as well as enjoy a local wine tasting.
