Sure you do yoga. But do you know what yoga is doing to you? This course is an opportunity to: Learn Basic Skeletal Anatomy; Explore the Major Muscles Strengthened and Stretched in Yoga Practice; Deepen Your Knowledge of the Structure and Function of Joints.

Open to and suitable for all levels of yoga students, this course is also a requirement for the Nourish 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training Program. Students are responsible for purchasing required books (not available at NOURISH). See instructor for details.

No classes Thanksgiving Week 11/26 and 11/28.
