Power & Devotion | Cabrillo Festival Orchestra Concert

Cabrillo Festival's Opening Night program manifests Marin Alsop’s strength and loyalty, featuring composers to whom she has been deeply devoted, and works that show the power of her conviction and skill. The concert includes works by Christopher Rouse, James MacMillan and a symphonic ballet by Anna Clyne with choreography Kitty McNamee. Guest artists include Hysterica Dance Co. and oboist Katherine Needleman. The evening begins with a ticketed al fresco dinner prepared by Feast for a King Catering at 6:30pm, and at 7pm a free pre-concert talk at with Marin Alsop.
