Sacred Sharing Circle for Women

Join us in a sacred circle of women-identified people, where we will co-create a safe and non-judgmental space with freedom to share and process anything related to sexuality. This gathering is a unique opportunity to be seen and supported by an intentional community. All expressions of eroticism will be welcomed and honored through compassionate listening from your peers. Our hope is that this sacred safe container will sharpen your skills in listening, deepen your capacity for empathy, and in turn strengthen all of your relationships, including the most important relationship of them all: your relationship with yourself.

Format:

Each participant will be given a set time to share what is true and most present for them. Listeners will simply hold space, witnessing with support with no intention to judge or fix. Feel free to share poetry, songs, art, or just a free flow of whatever is on your mind. All shares will be held with confidentiality as names and stories will not be shared outside of this sacred space.

This gathering is open to women-identified people of all orientations, and will be offered quarterly.

Facilitators: Amy Baldwin is a Sex Educator, Pleasure Activist, a Somatic Sex Coach in-training, as well as co-owner of a sex-positive pleasure boutique in Santa Cruz, CA, called Pure Pleasure. Amy has a degree in Psychology with a minor in Human Sexuality from San Francisco State University. She is a Certified Sex Educator through SFSI (San Francisco Sex Information) with training from Barbara Carrellas' Urban Tantra Professional's program, a certified Hatha Yoga teacher (200hr YTT), and is currently enrolled in the Somatica training with Celeste and Danielle. Amy has a passion for promoting shame-free, pleasure-based sexuality education while emphasizing the deep emotional and energetic forces behind great sex and intimate connection, offering everything from sexual how-to courses to Sacred Sexuality workshops. Frey Drosera is an artist and Sexological Bodyworker with a Certification in Sexological Bodywork from the Institute for Advanced Study of Human Sexuality in San Francisco. Frey has served as one of the Teacher's Assistants for numerous Sexological Bodywork trainings, and she is also co-teaching for Spring 2016. Jennifer Yamaguchi is a gifted Massage Therapist, practicing since 2005. Jennifer more recently completed a year long intensive Tantra-inspired Women Empowerment program in Santa Cruz, Ca, expanding her level of connection with the community as a healer. Jennifer is also a dedicated Mother, cancer survivor, writer, avid-adventurer, nature lover, and community activist. Jennifer is extremely passionate about teaching conscious sex, the value of nature, boundary setting, and self-care as a means towards self-empowerment and higher consciousness!
