About Santa Cruz Symphony Season Finale - Carmina Burana

The Santa Cruz Symphony partners with the Cabrillo Symphonic Chorus for a dramatic conclusion to the season featuring Carl Orff's awe-inspiring choral masterpiece, Carmina Burana. The performance will feature the spectacular vocal talent of soprano Nadine Sierra, tenor Anthony Roth Costanzo and baritone John Moore. Leading into this commanding work, we perform Jean-Baptiste Lully's evocative Marche pour la cérémonie des Turcs, and Tomás Luis de Victoria's 16th century a capella masterpiece, O Magnum Mysterium.

Sunday's matinee performance at 2 p.m. is at the Henry Mello Center in Watsonville.
