Tantra in Motion: A Sensual Movement Workshop

NOTE: THIS WORKSHOP WILL BE HELD UPSTAIRS IN THE POST ROOM AT THE VET'S HALL AT 846 FRONT STREET.

Join us for an evening of delicious connection through sensual movement. A fusion between Sacred Sexuality and a potent “dance" form called Contact Improvisation, this experiential workshop is an opportunity to experience more pleasure and sexiness through shared touch. (Don’t worry there’s no dancing in the traditional sense, and anyone can do it!).

Transcend to new ecstatic heights with complete presence for every titillating movement and sensation. Dance your way into deeper connection by exploring the body’s senses through playful exercises that include Tantric breathing, intimate eye gazing, and consensual over-the-clothes erotic touch. Boundaries and consent will be emphasized, and clothing will stay on at all times. If you come with a partner, you are free to move with them the entire evening.

No experience necessary. This workshop is open to individuals and couples and triads, etc, of all orientations and genders. Come solo and prepared to sensually engage with new friends, or come partnered for a yummy date night.

Instructors: Daniel Mollner is passionate about creative expression and is dedicated to building community. With a Masters Degree in Education, he is the co-founder of Santa Cruz Contact University and teaches regular classes and workshops here in Santa Cruz, the US, and abroad. Though he appreciates the opportunity to travel, Daniel always loves returning to his home of 16 years here on the Central Coast.

Daniel also co-produces Santa Cruz Ecstatic Dance facilitating two dances at the 418 Project each week. His current “big” project is producing the National Ecstatic Dance Bus and Film Tour, an art and service project traveling the United States this summer. His love of freeform conscious dance continues to nourish him and inspire him to share the gift of music, dance, and conscious touch wherever it is wanted or needed.

Amy Baldwin is a Sexuality Educator, Somatic Sex and Relationship Coach, and Pleasure Activist. She has a degree in Psychology with a minor in Human Sexuality from San Francisco State University, training from SFSI (San Francisco Sex Information) as a Certified Sex Educator, as well as the Somatica® Institute and Barbara Carrellas' Urban Tantra Professional's program.
