About The How and Why of Forward Bends: Mechanics and Purpose

Take the afternoon to explore why forward bends are often the most common type of yoga posture practiced. You'll also have an opportunity to examine the details of how to most safely practice forward bends and avoid the most common types of injury. Lecture, discussion, and practice will be integrated to best understand the principals and practice of forward bends.

This workshop is lead by Victor Dubin, ERTY-500, a yoga teacher with 20 years of full time teaching experience and co-owner of NOURISH.
