About The Other Side of the Moon

Travel off planet to learn things you may not have known about lunar exploration on the 50th Anniversary of the first moon landing.

Dome on the Go presents The Other Side of the Moon, a planetarium experience commemorating the 50th anniversary of the first moon landing. Take a journey across space and back in time to explore this historic first. Delve into stories as grand as the most powerful rocket ever launched, and as intimate as the private thoughts of an astronaut over 200,000 miles from home.

Presentations take place inside a portable planetarium dome. Seating is on the floor and you are welcome to bring pillows to sit on. A limited number of chairs will be available for patrons needing them. The dome is handicapped accessible. All well-behaved children are welcome, but the program is geared for ages 7 and up. $5 General Admission. For further info in advance of the event, call 831 471-5417.

Please arrive early. No seating will be possible beyond five minutes past the start time.
