TimeBanks Bagel Making Class

You’ll learn how to make bagels from scratch using traditional methods in this two-hour class with chef Christopher Wang. You’ll shape, boil, bake and eat them. It’s an epiphany to taste a bagel right out of the oven and it’s relatively simple to make them once learned. Cost: $10 (please pre-register) plus $3 materials fee payable at the class. The class is NOT at the Boardwalk but is on Beach Hill. We'll send you the address once you've registered.
